What is the Ticket Access Pass?

The Ticket Access Pass will give fans access to pre-sale tickets before the general on sale. This pass will give you access to the ticket presale for the January/February 2027 shows.

How do I use my Ticket Access Pass?

• You will receive a welcome email with your password as soon as your purchase is made.
• You will need to login on the store using the link in the welcome email or using the user icon in the top right of the store. We would recommend logging in before the tickets go on sale.
• When you are logged in tickets will be available for you to purchase. Please note if you are not logged in you will not be able to see tickets.
• If you forget your password, go through the “Reset password” flow by click the user icon in the top right of the store.

When will I be able to purchase pre-sale tickets?

Pre-sale tickets will be available from the Fat Dog store from Wednesday 9th September at 10am BST.

Does the Ticket Access Pass guarantee me a ticket?

A Ticket Access Pass only gives you access to purchase a ticket and sales will be made on a first come first served basis.

What if I sign up via a different retailer or store, do I qualify for exclusive access to tickets?

No. To qualify for exclusive access, you must sign up via the Fat Dog store: store.fatdogfatdogfatdog.com

What is a presale?

A limited number of tickets will go on-sale to fans before general on-sale. Availability of tickets will be dependent on the number of customers, so please note pre-sale access does not guarantee you a ticket. However, it will give you a better chance of being able to buy one.
